Product Description
The dust catching system of the sand drying section on dry mortar production line includes two levels, the first level uses the cyclone dust catcher and the second level uses the pulsed bag style dust catcher. The dedusted powders will be recycled back to the sand silo by the spiral conveyer. The other dust positions on the production line are all equipped with bag style dust catcher. The structure of the whole system is simple and tight, and it is also easy in installation and convenient in maintenance. Its dedusting efficiency can reach 99.9%. The discharging of the powder dust is fully complied with the national standard.
