Description
The materials are delivered into inner drum and taken the compound motions that rolled in the peripheral direction by the effect of materials lifting plate, in order to make the wet sand fully heated and dried. Then, the materials will be delivered into middle drum for further drying through the guide plate. The dry sand will be delivered into outer drum for cooling, when the temperature has went down to 50-60ºC, it will be delivered out of the dryer. The three ways rotary drum dryer is made up of outer drum, middle drum and inner drum, it is high temperature in inner drum, medium temperature in the middle drum and low temperature in outer drum.
Characteristics
The utilization rate of heat is high and the machine takes up small areas, and it also has a good performance of cooling the materials. Compare to traditional single drum dryer, the thermal efficiency has been increased by 40%.
This machine has been widely applied in the industries of dry mortar, sand, mineral slag from the cement plant, clay, coal, construction materials, chemistry, foundry and etc.
